​​ At Primrose & Proper, all Special & Custom Orders, including Necklaces, Bracelets, Earrings, and Rings, purchased through our e-Commerce website are considered final sales, being non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Any item indicated on the site as a Special & Custom Order will be considered a final sale. Special & Custom Orders cannot be canceled once they have been put into production. Special & Custom orders ship within 4-6 weeks from the date your order is placed.
