Our Story

Anita was born and raised in central Taipei then immigrated to the States when she was fourteen. With a passion for design, Anita went to art school where she majored in Web and Interactive Media design. She then found herself in the tech industry, using her skills in user experience and user interface to create exciting world-class products for high-profile brands and clients.
Busy as a mom of two beautiful daughters and a full-time designer, Anita enrolled in jewelry classes as a way to unwind from her hectic lifestyle. Having been taught jewelry making when she was younger by her aunt, Anita rediscovered her love of jewelry making through these classes. She started designing jewelry for herself and her friends and family. Word-of-mouth led to more frequent requests to sell her custom-made jewelry. With growing demand, Primrose & Proper was launched to bring happiness and joy to our customers with our unique and beautiful jewelry.
