Yes! We love to do custom work so please do not hesitate to ask about going custom.

Semi-custom jobs, which contain designs that differ somewhat from our original designs, may cost slightly more than the original price. For example, if you wish to order a bracelet size that is slightly larger than the usual size, the cost may be slightly higher than the initial pricing since we will need to add more beads to make the bracelet larger.

The cost will be completely different for an extensive or full customized design. For special custom orders, e-mail us at contact@primroseandproperjewelry.com. You'll receive a cost estimate from us for your request.

The timeline can vary depending on material availability and design complexity but on average, custom design takes about 6-8 weeks from start to finish. If we are sourcing a very hard-to-find stone, it may take up to 12-14 weeks and if we are only making small changes to an existing design it can take as little as 4 weeks.

Yes! While Primrose and Proper own all of our designs, if your custom design is made specifically for you and is unique, we will not reproduce it. However, with more simple settings and motifs, we cannot guarantee that the jewelry will not be recreated, and we will always try to alter it slightly as a courtesy to you.

We will gladly customize one of our pieces to your style and aesthetic. We do not replicate designs from other stores because it is prohibited to do so. We specialize in custom design and despise seeing our ideas plagiarized, so we would never do this to another jewelry designer. However, if you notice patterns, designs, or motifs that you want to include in your custom design, we can design something similar to match your requirements.
